2:30 pm – 4:00 pm: Range open for free throwing.
4:00 pm: Range closed and packed up.

Tournament – As the Crow Flies:

Participants may throw their choice of 2 axes OR 2 knives at each target. These weapons will be the participant’s pair of ‘crows’ for the duration of the tournament, and participants will be told when to ‘let their crows fly’ and when to ‘call their crows home’.
The crows will get a chance to fly at each of 3 targets, and will be vying to collect some highly prized items from their targets.
At the end of the tournament, we will add up the points that each pair of crows gathered, and the top three scorers will be awarded prizes later in the day.

Scoring will be as follows:
1 – Perching. Any crow that finds a spot to perch anywhere on the target but does not find an item will be awarded 1 point and a chance to rest for a moment.
3 – Corn. A crow that finds an ear of delicious corn will receive 3 points and a full craw.
5 – Shiny object. If any crows happen across a bedazzling bauble during their flights, they will add 5 shiny points to their collection of trinkets.
10 – Eyeball. Should a crow be lucky enough to discover an eyeball in its travels, it will secure the most coveted prize of 10 points along with its scrumptious delicacy.

If there is a tie for any of the top 3 spots, the competitors will each have one target to unleash their pair of crows on in an effort to collect a few more items. However, due to the competitive nature of the tournament, there is the chance of crows fighting over their finds. If a crow happens to attack any other crows on their target, they will lose the chance to claim another item, along with 5 points.

We hope to see you all there to enjoy a fantastic day!
